INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

ECONOMY Shipping (14-30 Days) — This is a slow but guaranteed delivery option for international orders delivered to home or business addresses around the world. Unfortunately this option is not always trackable, however we offer a guaranteed service to all customers.

 

Guaranteed Tracking/Insurance Shipping (10-30 Days*) Recommended option if you wish to have Tracking and/or Insurance for your orders.

 

Priority with Tracking (7-14 Days) — Faster delivery and completely trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

 

Express with tracking (3-5 Days) — If you need your order faster, then this is your option fully trackable and insured up to $100.00. Please remember these are business days not counting holidays, customs clearance, etc.

YLS - is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. YLS company cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. We try to minimize the cost by listing the wholesale value of the goods rather than the retail value,

Taxes

Aside from the limited circumstances set out below, you are responsible for (and shall charge) all sales taxes, VAT, GST and other taxes and duties associated with the Products (if and as applicable).

In some states in the US, Printful will collect the sales tax amount from you as the seller and pay this to the relevant tax authority.

 

In certain cases you are required to provide a valid exemption certificate such as Resale certificate, VAT ID or ABN.

JTC - Japan — Consumption tax. Japan's general VAT rate is 10%, with other rates including NA that can apply to certain transactions. The Consumption tax is administered by the National Tax Agency Japan (http://www.nta.go.jp) in Tokyo.

Foreign Exchange and Currency

 YLS now features a foreign currency exchange rate calculator located on the top left of any page. Select your currency to automatically convert all prices on our website to your country's currency.

The exchange rates used on this website are obtained from multiple sources. Rates are for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Rates for actual transactions may vary slightly.

Description of products

Whilst many component parts of our Products are standard, all Products available for purchase are described on their specific page on our Site. We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible via photography and copy points provided by designers, artists or photographers.

We have a policy of continuous Product development so we can provide you with what we consider the best design combined with best performance, and thus reserve the right to amend the specifications of Products, their price, packaging, and any Service associated at any time, without prior notice. Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the Product description and design.

We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Sometimes during the manufacturing process Products can be damaged, obviously they won't be shipped out to you (your Customers), however they can still be used for charitable purposes. Printful reserves the right to donate all damaged items with full or partial designs to charity and you hereby waive your right to collect royalties or other fees regarding damaged Products that are donated.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Your order is guaranteed to arrive or your money back.

Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems. But occasionally, our shipping providers may mishandle a package or deliver it to the wrong address. To correct this, we eliminate your risk. We guarantee your order will be delivered to you, or we will gladly refund your money. A few qualifications apply:

  • You must file a report with office@the-loka.com/ within 3 days of the date you placed your order.

  • If your order is not received within 30 days, we will file a claim on your behalf with the appropriate shipping company, and begin researching the matter.

  • Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems.

  • In most cases, undelivered mail does not get lost -- it usually gets re-routed by mistake and will eventually be delivered to you or back to us.

  • Solution of your claim may take as long as 5-8 months, since our shipping providers must conduct their own investigations.

  • If your package is not delivered, we will track down your shipment and correct the situation, or we'll refund your order

  • YLS-offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anything you buy from our website. If one of our products does not perform to your expectations within 7 days of the purchase date, contact us and then send it back to us (we do suggest you use a trackable shipping service for the return) for a replacement or a refund. Anything you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer. All exchanges and refunds must then be done through the retailer where you purchased the product. Their policy may be different than ours so please ask before purchasing.

  • Product Warranty

  • All YLS products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, we will not repair the product or refund.

  • Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 10-day guarantee above would apply.  Warranty work will only be done with proof of purchase from YLS or one of our Authorized Dealers.

  • Care instructions are on the inside label of every garment:  MACHINE WASH COLD, NO BLEACH, HANG DRY, DO NOT IRON, NO HOT TUBS OR SHOWERS. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment washed in, or exposed to, hot water, bleach, ironing, or placed in a dryer.

  • Silk screening, or heat transferring on, any garment made of highly technical synthetic fibers will ruin, or shorten the life of the garment. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered before or after purchase.

  • Excessive exposure to chlorine will shorten the life of any garment.  Every product we make is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR REPEATED USE IN A CHLORINATED POOL. 

  • All these conditions can be verified by simple forensics tests done on returned products.   Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment exposed to chlorine, heat, gas, or any liquid above 90º F (32º C).

  • Products no longer under warranty include, but are not limited to those with the rubber DSS oval logo, those with no logo, those with any upside down logo, as well as garments from new arrival collections and older, as well as products sold at factory sales, Amazon, Ebay and other third party sites.

  • Due to the inevitable likelihood of imitation and counterfeit products on the worldwide market, we no longer warranty any products that you buy from any unauthorized dealer. There is no guarantee for products purchased from discount sites such as Ebay, Amazon, Alibaba,Auctions, and etc. 

  •  YLS NEEDS a Proof of purchase receipt is now required for warranty work. This receipt must include the date of purchase, the store name, and the description of the product. We do not accept hand written receipts. If you bought the product from us, your order number or invoice number is sufficient proof of purchase. If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email office@the.loka.com Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will respond to your request within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, unless it is a holiday.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
